Bio

Nightingale’s founder Stijn Nachtergaele has over 20 years of experience in the fashion, food and design industry and has worked for international lifestyle brands such as G-Star RAW, AB InBev and Carlsberg. In these various roles, he has developed strong marketing and business insights, which in turn were the foundation for Nightingale. He founded Nightingale in 2013 and has established a pioneering marketing and communication agency with focus on Benelux and Central Europe.

From a start-up to a established marcom agency in the Benelux (top 5 in BE). Revenue 1.5 mil, FTE 15 and since 2022 part of RCA group. Revenue 15 mil, FTE 85.

Responsible for strategy and creative projects and all new business development in the Benelux.
Daily management together with my business partner.
